Mandarin’s technical support team is available via fax, e-mail, FTP, and toll-free telephone support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Chat is also available. Most calls are answered immediately. After-hours calls are taken by a voice message system and the calls go directly to a technical support representative's cell phone for immediate assistance. If the situation warrants, Mandarin technicians are able to dial in to the library’s system, using a internet connection and communication software, and work as if on-site. Bilingual technical support in Spanish is also available.
